Important: This website is provided by Unique Boutique Your Day of Beauty (“Unique Boutique”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of this website and our embedded online scheduling and payment flow.

1) Services and informational content

Content on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Results vary by person. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have allergies, or are under a physician’s care, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before scheduling services.

2) Booking requests and scheduling

Online scheduling is provided through a trusted third-party platform we use for appointments and payments. Completing the flow—including choosing a time and any required payment—creates a scheduling request subject to staff availability and our confirmation practices.

3) Third-party services, infrastructure, and reliance

Like most online businesses, we rely on independent vendors to host, deliver, secure, and operate parts of this website and related tools (for example, cloud hosting and content delivery, online scheduling and intake, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and customer-relationship tools). Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their systems, availability, or security practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outages, errors, losses, or disputes that arise solely from those third parties’ services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Where a vendor’s checkout or scheduling flow applies, you may be asked to accept that vendor’s terms as part of completing a transaction. Your relationship with that vendor is separate from these Terms to the extent of that transaction.

4) Pricing, deposits, and payments

Prices, packages, and promotions may change. Some appointments may require a deposit or payment to reserve a time. If payment is collected through a third-party provider, your payment is processed according to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

5) Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

We may maintain cancellation/reschedule and no-show policies to protect staff time. If a policy applies to your appointment, we will communicate it at the time of scheduling or confirmation.

6) Communications (calls, email, SMS)

By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree we may contact you about your booking, reminders, service updates, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You can request to stop non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to SMS (where supported) or contacting us.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape or overload our systems without permission, circumvent security, or submit false or unlawful information. We may block or limit access to protect the website and our customers.

8) Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unique Boutique and its owners, staff, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or information you submit through the site that infringes someone else’s rights or violates law—except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unique Boutique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or inability to use it.

Aggregate cap (website use). Except where prohibited by law (including rights that cannot be waived for consumers under Massachusetts law), our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to your use of this website in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or (b) the amount you paid to Unique Boutique for services you purchased through this website during that period. This cap does not apply to claims arising from in-person spa services, personal injury, or other categories that Massachusetts or federal law does not allow to be limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

12) Changes to the online service

We may modify features of this website, the booking experience, or related tools; perform maintenance; or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary. Where material, we will use reasonable efforts to reflect changes in these Terms or on the site.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
